This policy explains what information we collect when you visit innerstrengthchiropractic.com or sign up for text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have. Patient records from your care at our office are kept confidential and handled separately, as described below.
Information we collect
Information you give us
This website doesn't have user accounts. If you sign up for text messages on our text sign-up form, we collect your name and mobile number and record your consent, including the date and time you signed up. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and the reason you're reaching out.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our website and service providers automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected with cookies, which are small files stored in your browser.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from Inner Strength Chiropractic, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as appointment reminders, scheduling messages and office updates, as described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Online booking through Jane
When you click "Book Appointment," you leave this website and go to our scheduling system, Jane. Appointments, intake forms, health history and payments are handled in Jane, not on this website. Jane's privacy policy describes how Jane handles that information. We use what you provide there only to schedule and provide your care. Appointment reminders may be sent by email or text through Jane.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, through Google's Site Kit plugin, to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are visited most and whether visitors click to book an appointment. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information like the pages you visit, your device and browser, your general location (such as city or region) and how you reached our site. We look at this information in aggregate to improve the website. We don't use it to identify you personally.

Google Maps and other embedded content
Some pages include content from other companies, such as the Google Map on our Hours & Location page and Google reviews on our homepage. The same applies to any posts or videos we embed from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Patient health information
Information about your health and care is confidential. We use it to provide your care and handle it as required by law. This website doesn't store patient records, and we don't include detailed health information in text messages. If you have questions about your patient records, contact us using the details below.
Cookies and your choices
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. The website will still work, though some features, such as embedded maps, may not. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above. Our website doesn't respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there's no common standard for them.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this website. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here or as the law requires, and we keep records of text message consent for as long as you're subscribed and as the law requires afterward.
Children's privacy
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them online. A parent or guardian books appointments, completes forms and signs up for text messages for patients under 18.

Our website links to other websites, such as Jane, Google and our social media profiles. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
