Finding Suite 229
At the Creekstone building, you will find parking out front and behind the building. Enter through the front entrance, and in the lobby you’ll find an elevator to take you to the 2nd floor. From the second floor, turn left and follow the hallway down to Suite 229 to find Dr. Joe.
Paying for your visit
We don’t bill insurance. We accept all major payment methods, including HSA and FSA cards, and we can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance yourself. See our pricing page for details.
